• What kind of images do I send for my custom case?

Clear images without filters on them. images will be black and white on custom cases.

• Where do I send my images for a custom case and what information do you need?

Please send your images to cristinemarilynn@gmail.com and include the following: your images, preferred color background, and order number. If a color isn’t picked by you it will automatically be an off white color.

• Why do custom cases cost more?

They are made specifically for you and take me more time to put together.

• Why can’t I use a google image for my custom case?

I need a high quality image with certain pixels to use for a case. If you’d like a certain artist or character, please let me know and I will create it for you.

• How many images do we send for a custom collage case?

I recommend sending 15-20. I pick about 6 images depending on the sizes and shapes.

• Do you do custom stickers or buttons?

No. I currently am not taking custom orders for stickers and buttons.

• Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof.
